Terms of use

Bank Atlas and the Bank AI Disclosure Tracker (together, "this site") are run by Aarvion. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

A free, non-commercial project. This site is offered free of charge, as is, as a public resource. Its information is compiled from public sources, partly by automated tools and AI models, and has not been audited. You use it at your own risk and should verify anything against the original sources before relying on it.

What this site is

This site summarises public information about US banks: reports banks file with the SEC (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and earnings releases), FDIC call reports, Federal Reserve economic data (FRED), mortgage lending records (HMDA), complaints published by the CFPB, SBA loan records, and enforcement actions published by the OCC and the Federal Reserve. Some summaries, labels and the written briefing are drafted by an AI model; every number in the written briefing is checked against the figures it was written from before it is published.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, credit or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to do business with any bank. Scenario results ("what if" estimates) are rough first-year estimates from each bank's past behaviour, holding everything else equal. They are not forecasts. Make your own decisions, and take professional advice where you need it.

Accuracy

We work hard to get things right, but public data can be late, revised or wrong, and our processing can make mistakes. This site is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Always check the original filing (we link to it) before relying on anything here. If you find an error, tell us: see About and corrections.

Banks and other names

Bank names and marks belong to their owners. This site is independent: it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any bank, regulator or company named on it, and naming a bank or company is not a statement about its conduct beyond what the cited public record shows.

Free questions and sign-in

Signing in with Google or LinkedIn gives you a limited number of free questions, for your own use. Please don't share accounts, create accounts to get more questions, or use automated tools to send questions. We may change or end the free allowance, and may suspend an account used against these terms. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy notice.

Using this site's content

The compilation, summaries, labels, written briefings and presentation on this site are Aarvion's work. You may read them for your own use and quote short extracts with a link to the page they came from. Please don't copy, download, scrape or republish the site's content, figures or data in bulk, or use automated tools to collect them, without our written permission. The underlying public records remain available from their original sources (the SEC, FDIC and the others named above).

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty of any kind about the site or its data, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a purpose, and we are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its data.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions: rohit@aarvion.ai.
